Is it normal to lose your period for 2 years?

I'm 18. I haven't had my period for 2 years. I havent eaten meat or dairy or eggs for 1 year. I probably wasn't eating enough before I lost it. I eat a lot now, like 3000 cal a day. I havent gone running for like 4 months. My hair is falling out too. Idk what to do:(

yoo my friend had the same thing happen. She had to start eating some meat again, but I would see a doctor. Also she is healthy now

See a doctor: it sounds as if you became malnourished when you weren't eating enough.

You cannot "lose" your period! Your body might have stopped ovulating however that does mean that you have lost something!
