Is it normal to make numerous errors in my speech?

I have a history of making malapropisms and grammatical errors like crazy (mostly when talking) and it's starting to creep me out, like there's something wrong with me. Earlier today, I made the mistake of saying that my grandmother "Judges a man not by the color of his contents, but by the skin of his wallets," that I had "run off" of water instead of run out, I've been making a lot of unintentional neologisms, and I constantly have to start my sentences over again because I keep forgetting where I'm going with them (or they go off into completely unrelated territory). This has been getting especially more frequent lately and I'm wondering if it's normal.

Your thoughts run fast. I wouldn't mind. Look for zebra on the net, not the animal but people with high iq. Not the typical einstein. OMG I don't understand a word I'm saying. Maybe you would

I would go see a doctor or neurologist just to make sure.
    Might be something serious.
