I have been wearing the same underwear for three days now. I shower twice a day and wear both a tampon and a pad at the same time. My underwear rarely seem to get dirty this way, so I don't feel the need to change them...
I'm on my period too! Nah I don't think it's gross, I've done this before seeing as I wear both and none of it ever reaches ny underwear.
I m not changing my underwear when I m on period because I feel like it's a waste...
I see where your coming from on a period my underwear is always spotless, but I change it anyway.
You should change your underwear every day. You sweat and build up bacteria on your underwear regardless of what else you're wearing.
It is normal though, whether it's unhealthy or not.
I don't want to insult anybody here, but personally, I wouldn't be able to. Infact, I find menstruation so gross and unhygienic that I went to great lengths finding a birth control pill capable of eliminating my periods completely. Parts of your underwear still touches your skin, and skin sweats and gets rid of dead skin cells that attatch to the clothing, so it would be wise to change them even if you don't feel like they're dirty cause trust me, they probaby are.
No, I change it every day. The only time which I would ever re-wear my underwear is when I have no other clean pairs left (happens very commonly during my period) or the sanitary pad is still mostly clean (as I want to 'fully utilise' the pad). However, I would never wear the same pair for more than two days in a row.
I'll say normal. I used to do this to avoid staining several pairs of underwear and avoid spending extra cash on having to buy new ones. I don't do it anymore.
