Is it normal to not feel the urge to chase after the opposite sex

I AM interested to the opposite gender, just that I don't feel the urge to get a partner, maybe it's because I'm still quite young?.
I also can't see myself dating anybody, looking at myself, I don't think anybody would be interested in me either.
