Is it normal to not have any wrinkles at age 42?

I'm just wondering and by none, I mean not one and never had anything done to the face so it's natural and also not obese as many argue obese people tend to have more fat to fill in the wrinkles (which isn't true regardless).

They're not Asian (some argue Asians have flawless skin up until age 60 which I don't know I fully believe).

Anyway, is this normal? On top of no wrinkles, they have a very young looking face and look about 26 and are still IDed as a result of looking under 30 at all times.
