Is it normal to not wash your hands after peeing if no-one else is in the washroom?

It's never normal to not wash your hands after using the restroom... never!

If I piss I dont wash my hands unless someone is in the bathroom, or unless my hands are dirty or if I'm gonna be cooking. I usually try to wash my dick a lot so I dont feel like its that dirty. If i shit I will wash my hands.

You should always wash your hands, otherwise it's unhygienic.

I don't bother at home but in public toilets or other people's homes I ALWAYS wash my hands because I don't know how dirty previous hands which touched the flush button or the door handle were. I also ALWAYS put the lid down before I flush and I wish everyone else would do the same, because the fine spray goes for quite a distance and can contain all sorts of things I don't want to come into contact with.

I didn't used to be so fussy but now I'm old and have quite a few serious health problems I try and guard against getting anything else wrong with me.

I said yes, and I'm a woman, just because I think it is normal. I don't actually do this.

I used to have one of those jobs where you have to wash your hands loads, before and after doing pretty much everything. So it made me very mindful about contaminants and now I can't imagine not doing it. Also I have kids and I need to lead by example. If one of them caught me not washing my hands after I'd been to the toilet then all hell would break loose.

That being said, if you go off the statistics they pump out on this, it seems that a lot of people do not wash their hands after using the toilet, and of the ones that do, most do not wash them properly. That's why I voted normal.

The exception to this is if I wake up in the middle of the night and need a wee. I don't do it then. I don't have a good explanation as to why. I just feel like it's not necessary.

Depends on if it's your own bathroom or someone else's IMO. You don't know other peoples bathrooms how hygenic they are

I always wash my hands before peeing and then after but if I have to choose one or the other I'd rather skip after. I mean, if I'm using a generally clean restroom or at home, otherwise I won't skip it.

I sometimes dont wash my hands after a piss but only if I know for sure that I am clean and haven't touched anything in the bathroom. The fact that someone is there doesn't afftect my decision
