Is it normal to only eat once a day when stressed?
I'm currently handling the financials of moving back into college and packing my things up while caring for my younger siblings and planning a trip to say goodbye to my military boyfriend before he deploys to Kuwait. I'm also starting two new organizations in school this fall but making reservations while doing paperwork is more than I realized.
Either way, I'm stressed and for the past week I've only been eating once a day with my family for dinner or not at all. I haven't felt hungry in a long while and even eating once usually makes me feel nauseous. Has anyone else experienced this?
