Is it normal for me to put myself last all the time? i put my own wants or needs aside to help everyone else out and get annoyed at myself for not doing my own things

    Putting yourself last can reap its own benefits and rewards, especially if you are the last one ..... in a Daisy Chain and don't allow it to all join up.

    You just can't say no, can you. Yeah, I know a few people like that.
    I also find it a lot easier to work for others than for myself. When you do things for others you usually get positive feedback, but to do things for yourself you need a lot of discipline.

    how selfish of you. you are doing that for your ego, to put yourself up on a pedestal "I'm so important. Everyone needs me."
