Go for it, but do it safely and not where you're going to scare other people, kids or animals. Why do you think you have this random urge to scream?

Maybe join a heavy metal band?

Haha maybe I should! But in all seriousness, I think it's to release energy and emotions that are bottled up. Not sure though.

That sounds totally healthy to me! You should start screaming into pillows so your neighbors don't call the cops & scream away. We all do weird stuff to release tension.

  • It's your emotions.

I had the exact same thing when I was depressed, it turns to anger, it's the same as when you want to punch a wall or something, it's to release energy.

Try screaming into a pillow, do it until you run out of energy and don't feel like doing it anymore.

No reason? There is a reason for everything. It may not be a good and understood reason, but a reason nonetheless.

I yell at the top of my lungs all the time. I mostly do it in the car doing 70mph so no can hear me.

There's a song by Carly Previn from the 70's about screaming in her car in the 20 (I think 20) mile zone. I think she wrote it recovering from her husband leaving her for Mia Farrow

I wouldn't consider first time anal 'random'

I used to have that when I was in my early twenties. My sister would drop her kids off when she had a date with her husband and I would have the urge to scream by the time she picked them up.

Its like an overwhelming feeling. Like I just explode. Not at anyone or anything, just by myself. And it usually has no correlation with an event that happened. Its totally random

Sounds like you have some suppressed anger issues or something like that. Maybe try finding something that gives you relieve for the long term

That’s a very good idea, maybe u can scream with ur fists🤙🏻 If that doesn’t have any effect after a few months maybe talk to someone and get behind it or something

    Ever heard of Tourette Syndrome?

It is a neurological disorder characterized by repetitive, stereotyped, involuntary movements and vocalizations called tics. The disorder is named for Dr. Georges Gilles de la Tourette, the pioneering French neurologist who in 1885 first described the condition in an 86-year-old French noblewoman.
