I have only ever actively wanted kids a couple of times in my life, and to tell you the truth I'm fine not having kids. It's probably fair to say that I can't have kids anymore now that I'm in my fifties, and haven't had a menstrual period since shortly before my 50th birthday. What I really can't stand is when someone asks me if I have kids, and I say I don't have any kids, and I'm not able to have kids anymore, the person says, "well, you can always adopt". I hate when people say that shit to me, because I NEVER said that I wanted to have kids much less said that I wanted to adopt anything that is not a dog, or cat. I really can't stand when people project their bullshit onto me. I'm happy not having to deal with responsibility of having children.

Most hospitals have a place you can drop off babies for disposal at no cost. I think they make them into cat food.

Normal, but being a parent is a huge responsibility you gotta show your love in them too.

It's normal. Just don't ever let it show. The kids don't deserve that. You made the decision to have them and you gotta deal with it. Perhaps therapy would help?

Please, PLEASE get therapy. My mother regretted having me and my sisters and WOW did it show.

Honestly I see why some parents feel regret, but you put yourself in this situation and now it’s *your* job to seek help in managing it.

I may be coming across as harsh but your children did not ask to be born and cannot help that they need a lot of your energy. That’s just how children are. Taking your rage and resentment out on them is not acceptable, again I implore you to get therapy and find new ways of coping. Good luck.

I don't feel that that is normal to always feel like that. If you are having a breakdown maybe but I dont think its good for the family if you always feel that way.
