Is it normal to reuse toilet paper?

After I have had a poo and I have wiped my bum, I hang the toilet paper out on my washing line to dry so I can reuse them.

It's eco-friendly right? Reduce, reuse, recycle!

My neighbours have complained to the council, saying that in high winds my toilet paper blows onto their vegetable patch. The council have told me to stop doing it or face prosecution. I flatly refused. I said it's normal for any environment-loving person.

    WTF, that's not eco- friendly. You can only use poo-saturated toilet paper so often before it falls apart in your asshole. Use a rag like civilized people.

    You could also add it to your compost pile, but if I was your neighbor and had to pick up your used toilet paper I would be extremely upset. Toilet paper is pretty cheap ,maybe use less but come on this is pretty disgusting and No I would not want you for a neighbor either.
