Is it normal to send multiple videos to your friends every day?

Hi,

Whenever I find a funny, or informative video or picture, I always think who would benifite or enjoy viewing this. So I often end up sending 1-3, some times more, videos or pictures to each of my friends. So I listened to Weird Al's "stop forwarding that crap to me", and it got me thinking. None of them do it back. So what's your thoughts on this, do you have a friend that does the same, or any other experience in the matter? Is there anything I should stop up and ask myself, before sharing/forwarding stuff to them?
