Is it normal to sleep from 7pm-3am for no good reason?

I know some people work an early shift at their job or whatever. For me I just like getting up early to take care of some daily tasks, before I go to my 9-5 job.

If you are doing it because you like to do daily tasks before work, than it isn't for no good reason, it is for a specific purpose. If that is working for you. I don't see how it is a problem.

I've also decided to stick with this routine of sleeping and waking up at 7pm to 3am. And I researched to see if I could find any scientific evidences through articles relevant to this topic. Wanted to know if this type of waking routine is unhealthy or not.I couldn't find any!

I also feel exactly the same way as you, regardless of me sleeping 8 hours. But I'm not certain as to why. I mean it could be because the body isn't used for this type of routine yet or other reasons like if you're person who workouts intensely like I do. Idk.
