When a person is on YOUR property in YOUR driveway, do you have a right to drive there whether they are there or not? I think so but IIN?

    I'm pretty sure hitting some one with car is against the law regardless of if its on your property or the speed. Why do you want to do this?

    I dunno, that's a good question. It probably depends on the jurisdiction. I would first of all tell the person that they're trespassing. I guess I'm wondering what the person is doing there blocking your driveway.
