Is it normal to suddenly hate the sports you play?

I have always been an active person because my parents always stressed the importance of physical health. I can't remember a time when I wasn't on some sort of sports team. In a matter of a week I have grown to hate soccer and lacrosse which are the sports I play the most and played when I was young.

If you don't like soccer, you never truly did my friend.

There's a thin line between love and hate.

When you love something. The little imperfections that surround it tend to urk you more then something you would find less desirable.

You may love playing on a certain team or with certain friends but hate playing on another. Love good pizza but when its made poorly pizza. Love good cops but hate bad ones. Love your women, hate her when she is pmsing.

The saying is true for most things in live.

Thanks for explaining! That helps a lot actually c: I haven't really liked the team I've been playing on lately so maybe I hate them and not the sport itself. Thanks! c:

I was never into team sports. I mostly liked ballet, jazz, martial arts, swimming, yoga and running.
