Is it normal to take 2 to 4 hours to finish a meal

Hello. I take a long time to finish a meal, whether lunch or dinner. This only happens when im at home, of course. The longest time taken for me to finish my lunch was 5 hours. I supposed i am a light eater, i feel full after eating a few mouths of food even tho i was really hungry , so i end up taking hours to finish a meal. Furthermore, i have food coma, i get really sleepy during eating and i like to leave the food in my mouth and not chewing it for like a few minutes. I do not know if all these are normal but i definitely do not like this bad habit of mine, because i won't have much time left to do my other stuff when most of the time has been used just for eating.

I wish I could eat slower. People get annoyed with me and tell me I eat too fast. I can have 3 times as much food on my plate as the other people on the table and finish eating before they all do.

I'm a gamer and that distracts me from eating and hunger pretty heavily, I've gone entire days without eating or drinking until it reaches critical mass of "Eat/Drink EVERYTHING". It can take me hours upon hours to finish a full meal because of distractions. But in your case, you need help. You are not distracted but yet sit there and take hours just to eat. It's not forsay "dangerous", but I'll be damned if you ever get into an actual relationship if she finds out you take half the sunlight in the day to eat 1 out of 3 meals.

Do you know how annoying that must be to anyone eating with you?

This sounds like something that needs professional help. I've never heard of "food coma" but it sounds a bit dangerous from the choking point of view.
