Is it normal to think i have a stalker?

I've noticed this for quite a while now, but I don't know how to tell anyone this without seeming like a crazy paranoid person.

I first noticed a silver car park outside my apartment everyday. When I walk outside I can make out a person in the car. I even notice it outside of my workplace. I've seen it so many times, that I know the person is a man with short brown hair. Sometimes he's in a police car in uniform, so I can't seem to call the police. I recall one time that he was sitting on a bench, outside of the grocery store I go to.

Do I leave it alone? Am I really that paranoid?

    He might live in the same building, or the next building over? I don't know. But I don't think you should panic. He must live in the same area, and thats why you seem him so much. However, if you start seeing camera flashes or binoculars, GTFO of there!!!!

    Definitely paranoid. I doubt there's anything the police could do for you without proof. Take down a license plate number and record the times/areas in which he appears. Could it be possible that this person is just one of your neighbors that likes to hang out in his car? Are you absolutely certain this person also appeared as a police officer? If you can't find any answers then you should talk to a therapist, most likely.
