Is it normal to think that isitnormal.com should introduce emotions in comments

What is wrong with using words to express thoughts? Too many people get those wrong, I'd hate to encourage lazy communication.

Some emoticons have exaggerate expressions. I've seen a laughing emoticon which indicates a laughing face but more like a rape face. It might be a bit annoying though but I wouldn't mind the simple yellow smiling face of emoticon.

I think if emoticons were available here then we would see a rapid decrease in thoughtful comments. People would just leave a face and call it a day. Smiley faces and frowny faces aren't very helpful.

Perhaps. :) I really would love to be able to post gifs in comments like on the sites: Kotaku and Jezebel.

Do emoticons not appear on here?

I would leave if emojis became a thing here.

I like how simple IIN is. It doesn't need any of the features the other forum sites have.

I like the absence of emoticons. Emoticons make me uncomfortable, tbh :)
