Is it normal to think we'll never have reruns of "sing along with mitch"?

In the 60's there was a popular weekly TV program entitled "SING ALONG WITH MITCH" hosted by Mitch Miller. The words were on the screen and a little bouncing ball moved from word to word as the music played and Mitch and his chorus sang and the audience at home sang along to the old time favorites like: ON TOP OF OLD SMOKEY, YOU ARE MY SUNSHINE, HAS ANYBODY SEEN MY GAL, etc.

Do you think we'll ever have reruns of that show?

Do you think at any time in the future there could ever be a similar program featuring what passes for music today?

    Is it normal that we'll never have reruns of Sweet Valley High? I used to like that show.
