Is it normal to train like one punch man?

Even though I'm kinda overweight I do it like crazy, I do 100 situps, 100 squats and go for a 10km run ( still currently working on the 100 pushups. ), even though my build is not the right one I push myself I reckon by September I'll drop most of the pounds.

PS: I am dude who trains for fun and probably a person whose a hero for fun.

It wont cause you to punch people into an implosion but it will make you stronger than the average man. Might be able to KO people in one punch though.

The more muscle you put on the more calories you will burn, don’t skip the weights and protein

Whatever helps you. Sounds fun. Just note that diet is really important for weight loss. Working out is great but isn't the most effective way to lose weight alone.

Sometimes a banana will do for breakfast.

Well said. A healthy diet is very important for anyone if you workout even more so , recovery etc. For weight loss or even just to get a good body its even more important than the workout.

Consistency is key! Its not always about how hard you workout its how much. If you consistently do something everyday without over training you'll have great results.

Overall training is good for you long term... Just be sure to provide a reasonable workout for all parts of your body.

I'll soon be doing a series of hand and wrist exercises to make them as strong as my shoulders are becoming.

Keep up a modest exercise program your entire life... as you age perhaps exercise every several days (or do certain parts of the body every X days, with some exercises most days: with at least a rest day every 4 days.

Throwing the word “hero“ around a little too liberally there.
