Is it normal to try and dodge raindrops

I like/prefer to dodge raindrops when it's raining...
It all started when I started to wear makeup, and as a man wet makeup running down my face can be a dead giveaway!! Especially if your trying to hide the fact your wearing it...
I've now stopped the aforementioned trend but this dodging the raindrops is a little thing that I just can't stop doing!!

    I just wouldn't go out when it's raining, in fact I wouldn't leave the house at all if your wearing make up... Weirdo

    Use Bondo for makeup, it's waterproof and you leave it on for years.
    Just a quick sanding with 260 grit wet/dry paper and you can repaint for a different look.
