Is it normal to use the bathtub to poop when the toilet is permanently stuffed

After a while I just closed the lid and started using the bathtub. I couldn't really do much cause the plunger didn't work. With the bath tub I know for sure it won't get clogged up cause I use a fork to mush it into the little holes.

    In the city I work in, I was talking to a cop who raided a house where the toilet stopped working and the "residents" of said house put milkcrates on either side so they could keep shitting. Yup there was a pile of shit 2 ft high sticking out of the toilet......

      I know! Like OP couldn't just let it be dissolved by the water at the drain. Best if allowed to dissolve with very hot shower water(and low water pressure)with bathroom steamed up and door closed
