Is it normal to want to die
Not in a sense of being suicidal but more in a way or eventually one day wanting to die to see what happens after death if anything at all happens. A feeling of excitement for the that unknown time in the future.

I think of it like this, do you remember what it was like before you were born? Do you remember what it was like before you started speaking? I knew someone whos earliest memory was a near death experience not long after they were born. They said it felt like a dream until a family member who was there told them it was real. From a non-religious standpoint, we're at best a cluster of floating thoughts and at worst we're no different to insects in the grand scheme of things and have gained sentience by accident and will go out just as pointlessly. Some would argue this is depressing talk but personally I view it as calming. There's so much we'll likely never understand, there's a video on YouTube discussing the idea of optimistic nihilism. I recommend looking it up. It's the closest non-religious outlook of existence and what comes next as one can get
For in that sleep of death what dreams may come / When we have shuffled off this mortal coil / Must give us pause.
