Is it normal to like to watch shows and movies (in English) with English subtitles even though I'm not hard of hearing or deaf? I like to catch everything.

    Yeah, especially if it's on tv and not netflix so you can't rewind it. I actually love watching youtube videos with captions, but that's mostly because they mess up so badly. I like to read books, so I guess it makes sense I like to read captions
