Is it normal to wipe your ass with your non dominant hand?

So my bf and I both revealed that we wipe our butts with our non dominant hand. He uses his non dominant hand for a few other thing as well, but for me this is literally only thing I do with my non dominant hand. I'm wondering if this is perhaps something that might be common. It makes sense since people probably don't want to get poop on stuff. Do most of you actually wipe with your dominant hand?

    yep but thats only because i'm used to holding a bidet with my dominant hand so i usually wipe with my left so as to avoid contaminating the bidet but you do you.

    Its common in the middle east. To shake someones hand with your left hand you are essentially calling the person a peice of shit.
