Is it normal to wonder this about people who find out their partner is cheating?

Whenever someone catches their partner cheating it always seems like they're more angry at the person their partner is cheating with than they are with their partner. I don't understand that. I mean sure I'd be pissed off that person too, but your partner is the one who allowed it to get to that point by failing to mention they're in a relationship with you and by returning peoples' advances when they make a move. If your partner DID tell them they're in a relationship with you and they still ended up cheating because Mr. Casanova is just too irresistible then fuck them and their lying ass

    Agreed. I've even seen people get mad when the person they're being cheated on with had no idea the cheater was in another relationship, and in reality, both of the cheater's "partners" are victims.

    Though it's definitely morally wrong for someone to knowingly pursue someone who is already in a relationship and I can totally understand being angry at them as well, your partner is the one with the obligation to you, and that would be the most infuriating, in my opinion.

      Even if they didn't know, I still think they deserve for the spouse of the cheater to get angry at them. Only one of the cheater's partners is the "victim". Not two.

    Hate them for interfering with what you thought was a good life.

    I literally cannot be friends with the sort of people who go after married me/women! Homewreckers are sub-human garbage to me. I dumped a gal pal as a friend shortly after she told me she slept with a married man, and wanted to pursue something with her.

    I never understood being mad at the person your partner is cheating on you with either, a lot of times they don't even know. I say Texas got that down right (like they usually do). In Texas there used to be a law that if you walked in on your partner cheating on you it was legal to shoot them both, They should bring that back nation wide.
