No, I can tell you from my own experience that this is not necessarily the case.
There are some woman who are attracted to them; but many are not.
I have no idea how that works out for number of sex partners.
It seems that after the initial few years of the hook up culture that more and more men and woman are becoming more selective on sex partners again.
Of course, there's always a few who are up to a new partner virtually every day.
