Is it normal to write down the evil things people have done to you?

I'm starting to consider every single family member of mine as my enemy, or nearly that. Honestly, the only one who hasn't treat me badly is 5 years old, so that doesn't even count. Thing is, I forget what people have done to me, and because of that I'm prone to being burned multiple times, by the same people. I'm not vengeful, I don't want to do bad things to anyone, nor do I want bad things to happen to them. I'm simply looking for a way to remind myself and keep a safe distance. Making a list will hopefully work. But is this wrong or even normal??

At the risk of getting that fucking song stuck in my head again, let it go, I'm not necessarily saying forget, but you can't be carrying all this around with you, it will drag you down just try to learn from past experiences to protect yourself in the future but without obsessing over them

That's only going to make you feel worse about yourself every time you read what they said towards you. Get rid of the list. Reminding yourself if mean words won't protect you from getting hurt again, and holding grudges won't either.

I used to know this bitch bartender who would introduce me to guys, I guess basically trying to set me up with them. Well, I heard from a friend of mine that this bitch would make bets on whether or not I would get more intimate with said guys. Needless to say I completely cut ties with that cunt the very next day!

You're doing too much. Forgiving is a lot better for you than holding grudges. Every time you read that, think of the stress it's causing you. It's only hurting you further.

    Yeah, if you're Richard Nixon.

If those deeds weren't bad enough for you to remember without a list, then maybe they're not worth remembering.

I can't think of one person who has done a truly evil thing to me, so no I'm not making lists.
There certainly isn't enough time in one's life for hating people; it takes way too much time away from the good things, so there's no list here either.
All the rest are minor annoyances which aren't much of a problem to deal with, and don't take much away from the good stuff.
