Is it normal tobacco spit on bee sting?

So, my entire life I’ve been putting tobacco spit on my bee stings because that’s what my dad would always do anytime any of us got stung by a wasp or a bee or any of those stinging bugs.

When I got older I had a few people tell me that’s very odd and they’ve never heard of doing that.

Does anyone else do this?

    It may work.

Toothpaste also works really well for stings. What you described sounds good, too.

I looked this up on Google and you're not wrong in using it.

Nicotine is a great natural pesticide. I used to soak it in water and spray it on my cannabis plants to kill the spider mites.

Yes. It’s normal. People are just used to using some kind of ointment now.

I'm happy that I have never been stung by a bee. I really don't want bees to sting me, because they can only sting once as it kills them. I LOVE bees, honey!

Tobacco or ammonia for bees. Vinegar for wasps. Never actually done it, but I know it's meant to help.
