Is it normal users who work out, what do you do?

I'm asking because I have this basic routine thing going that has been going well but I wanna try doing different types of lifts, moves, whatever possible to improve my overall strength.

    I work on the 5 metre walk to the fridge where I pick up beer cans multiple times.

    Then I do a kind of overhand tricep exercise to drink the beer.

    Later I'll take a walk to the bathroom.

    If I run out of beer I'll take a marathon walk to the local liquor store where I'll haul a 24 pack of beer home on my shoulder (this is great weight bearing exercise and strengthens the bones throughout the body).

    I'll do upper body workouts 2-3 times a week and on the other days, its lower body and cardio(alternating every other day).

    I also have an exercise bike, an abdominal machine, an elliptical, and a weighted vest(most of which I got for cheap on craigslist) that I also throw into the mix.

    I don't work out frequently, but when I do, it's usually swimming, jogging or working out my mind with mathematical problems.

    Every morning at the crack of dawn, I go on a leisurely bike ride and occasionally I have a swim at the beach and I head home. Have breakfast and get ready for work. At least twice a week, I head to a local gym after work.

    I got a bad case of the Christmas Tummy, so I got to head back to the gym :(

    Push ups, squats, sit ups (at least 30 of each). Preceded and ended with a good leg and torso stretch, every morning. I also dance sometimes, bike ride once or twice a week, and swim in the summer. Oh, and every evening, I walk for 20+ mins. Gambate, op!
