Is it normal vision keeps getting worse?

I've been nearsighted since I was 12 and now I'm in my thirties and I think I'm getting more near sighted. My prescription is getting stronger. Now I can't not wear glasses. Is there anything you can do to keep vision from getting worse?

Look up "The Bates Method" for vision improvement. I was reading a book a year ago when in our local county lock up. I was released before getting finished with the book.

No, I don't believe so. Perhaps you can get lasik to repair it for a while, but it is my understanding that it isn't a permanent fix. One of my daughters had lasik and it only helped for about 5 years.
However, I'm not an ophthalmologist and still don't use glasses, so perhaps there are others on here more qualified on here to help you.
