Is it normal when a person loses weight theres still something wrong?

People on my Facebook page who lost weight would complain that there was still something leftover from when they were fat. I thought they were being stupid and exaggerating but when I lost weight I wound up with boobs that hang lower. I then started to notice other people and whenever a person goes from fat to skinny they do indeed still have at least one thing wrong. Some people just have something insignificant like stretchmarks. Others have way more cellulite than normal and the skin crepes when they sit. Some have extra saggy skin in some places. While others will be skinny but have fat that pools in one spot like under their arms or stomach. Some wind up with lower boobs like me. They'll all have extra muscle and tone after losing weight but they'll still have these issues on their body. Is it normal? Why is this?

Because when a celebrity loses a lot of weight they will normally have their excess skin surgically removed. This isn’t advertised and regular people develop unrealistic expectations for their post weight loss bodies.

I've lost nearly 150 pounds and I have no sagging skin. Because I lost it very slowly. 4 years. People who lose weight quickly have the most excess skin.

I do have stretch marks but I'd rather deal with that than loose skin. My skin is firm (and no, I did not have bariatric surgery).

So, don't let this discourage you from losing weight...if you do it the right way (slowly) you probably won't have sagging skin.

It depends what age you are when you lose the weight. If you are under 25 and lose a lot of weight your skin will recover much better than over 35.

For a very nice body in your 50s you have to be consistent through your 30s and 40s and never let yourself get out of shape. Its weird.

Because the skin stretched out beyond where it was supposed to and when you lose a lot of weight, loose skin is inevitable

It's normal. The bigger someone gets, the more their skin stretches to accommodate the fat. When someone loses the fat, they're usually left with saggy skin.
