Is it normal when bored, i follow my fiance's cousin all around in the car?

We HATE each other and he ignores me at family functions. I want to know what his routine is and what he likes to do so I can keep track of it in my notebook.So I pay his neighbor to tell me when he leaves so I can follow him. I keep losing him. I asked his mother where he likes to go so I could keep tailing him and she totally shut down like it was weird or something. My fiancé was pissed that I did this. I don't get why people act like it's weird.

    Is there any purpose to watching his every move? I'd be pissed if I was your fiancé. I'd be pissed off with you spending time & cash on fuel stalking their cousin you purport to hate when you are supposed to be creating a life for you & her.

    You _say_ you hate him, but by golly, you do seem extremely interested in knowing more about him and keeping very close to him. I think your fiancé would be right to be suspicious about your true motivations.

    what is wrong with this world? why is it weird to want to know where your fiance's cousin is when you are actually supposed to be with your fiance? i mean who cares? why would your fiance's cousin's mom care that you are obsessed with your fiance's cousin? i mean i hate all the fraud that is committed, but if you are yourself keep on going. keep on trying to do things, but never treat a person badly over a bad perception or conception of the way people treat you. you definitely should not worry about your fiance's cousin to that extent, but you do need to try and make sure that they are okay for you and your husband and everyone else's sake as well.
