Is it normal when i lucid dream i get dizzy and tingly and forced out of dream?
i don't lucid dream much, but when i do people in my dream start acting different, sometimes they get violent. other times they try tricking me in to thinking its still reality. but when it doesn't work, i can never stay in the dream long enough to really enjoy myself.
sometimes though when i lucid dream and it really feels like i'm awake, i will seek help to get out of the dream. because its too real to wake up. and someone helps me wake up.
my other questions are, how can i keep myself from waking up really quick when i want to stay in my lucid dream? why must i get dizzy and get a tingling feeling like when your leg goes to sleep?
