Is it normal when i'm in a relaxed state my butt starts to tingle?

When I get a massage and the masseuse is doing a really good job a tingly sensation around my lower back/butt area begins. Its like some type of euphoric almost ticklish feeling happens. Like almost as if I should have a tail in that area because I'm so relaxed and happy and feeling so good.

    Like basically between your butt and lower back? That could actually be a sign of a spinal cord impingement to experience that during massage but hopefully not. Does it happen if you're massaged while in a different position?

    I had one professional massage and I felt so much love and appreciate for this person. It was a little overwhelming at the time.
