Is it normal youtube comment got under my skin?

Most people in the comment section are like the spawn of satan. If I write something, they'll attack! Even if what I say is a solid fact, they will try to rip it apart and demand proof/links/evidence over what I "believe". Lol, what?

Like in one comment that I responded to someone, I said "I have chronic fatigue and I've been through it all, seen over 3 dozen doctors and not one could help me and most were quick to recommend anti-depressants as they thought depression was the cause. I then found a nutritionist/naturopath who helped me change my diet and I felt better in just a month when I had chronic fatigue with not a second of relief for years. Vitamins and supplements are better than synthetic medication that makes you dependent. Doctors aren't as thorough with certain conditions and misdiagnose/miss things all the time because they're so quick to write prescriptions. Something like fatigue can be treated naturally." and that person wrote, "show me links you f*cking dipshit. I don't trust anyone who doesn't have phD in their name.doctors are smart, no one needs natural remedies, that's retarded and black magic."

I'm like woah there... what? I'm also now in school for dietary science so this is my forte. And diet plays a huge role in healing the body but this idiot kept at it and told me I know nothing and that vitamins and supplements are fake. He literally wrote, "I don't trust vitamins and supplements because they're fake garbage that they just pull out of their ass"

I was deficient in B vitamins, omega 3's, D vitamins and I had imbalances in my hormones so had to be put on progesterone cream and all those vitamins/eat more foods rich with those. Within a month, BOOM, energy for the first time in years and I told my primary doctor who was happy I found relief through a naturopath. He also told me he wish he knew more about that as he would have helped me years back.

This guy..it just frustrates me to pieces because I was healed naturally. The body needs natural remedy and diet, what's so hard to believe in that? My Father went to a naturopath 5 years ago for his severe pack pain. He was out of work for a year because it was that bad and all his primary doctors did was prescribe him pain medication and said there wasn't ANYTHING they could do for him. He saw the naturopath and within 2 months, he felt 100% better.

Ignorant people...I can't even...youtube just...sigh.
I mean I suppose I shouldn't fully hold it against them? They just don't know what it really is because they don't look into it enough and assume it's "black magic", eh?

is it normal I get this frustrated? Sorry, end rant!

Your first (and maybe your only) mistake was to read youtube comments. People spout all of their ignorance, frustrations and insecurities in there.

I feel like this post has nothing to do with commenters on You Tube, and everything to do with promoting alternatives. That's cool, you can profess your support for anything you like here. I just prefer people say what they are trying to say straight out, rather than hide it in a bunch of anecdotes.

Ya, that's how youtubers are though. I had arguments with racists, sexists, all sorts on there without even purposely looking for one.

I actually have adrenal fatigue and am seeing a holistic Dr right now and he is the only one who has helped me so I know what you mean. My coworker went to one for their back and he healed them too but diet/supplements/nature is always the best option for things like fatigue.

But don't take it personally with the person on youtube. Some people don't ever suffer from anything or they don't have anything that can be healed only via natural approach. So it's not fully their fault as you said as they don't understand it but this guy sounds like an idiot calling vitamins "black magic", lol I suppose lab-made synthetic medication that are actually fake and not natural is in his mind, "normal".

Most of the time, I don't even read replies. I just leave my comment and go.

Sometimes, it's best not to comment on YouTube.

I only read a few sentences of this post and im guessing you're either an old person/new to the Internet or some kind of hippie/vegan trying to force people to accept your lifestyle

Life hack: Don't read the comments. It's the quickest way to convince yourself humanity is doomed.

Presumably you can find scientific studies that support your case, or find symptoms related to your specific nutrient deficiencies. I think that it's fair for someone to ask beyond singular anecdotes for proof. If you don't feel like looking such things up just to win an argument with a stranger on the internet, I don't blame you, but that's on you.
