Iint i always have to talk on the phone when i poop?

Pooping alone in the bathroom has become a source of major anxiety for me. I feel so alone and vulnerable when I'm answering the call of nature, and I can't get it out by myself. When talking on the phone one day I was able to relieve myself stress free and it was such a relief! Since then, for months, I have always called someone with some pretense to talk to them for the time needed for me to drop my stress payload into the toilet.
