  • What are your passions? What do you want to do with your life?

"It's not like you're running out of days"

Danger. There is great danger in that mentality.

There's nothing to life, actually. So you're not really wasting anything. There are people who are driven by something, self righteousness, global goodness, hate (look at the monkeys, storming embassisies). Some people are motivated by greed, but that's a lame thing. If you don't feel a strong need to go and change the world -it 's totally cool, but you might consider some hobby. It makes things interesting while we're stuck in this world. Like a library or gym in prison, you know.

meditate, exercise, be highly charitable to friends, family and strangers. You will then be happy.

Actively seek out activities at school or in the community. You may have to join clubs that your friends aren't in, so you'll be in completely new territory, but it'll help you get connected with people who don't spend 99% of their time playing video games. Some ideas are: Honor Society, Youth Group, Chess Club (or something similar), or some kind of leadership group. There are TONS of opportunities out there- you just have to pick the ones that interest you and give them a shot! Stick with them for a little before you stop and say it's not for you. I HIGHLY recommend a Youth Group, even if you have no religious beliefs.
