It's pretty normal but it's not healthy. It's best not to have contact once you've broken up. Ignore phonecalls and messages.
its normal actually, but that doesnt mean its good. It's normal for people who are broken in some way to latch on to unhealthy relationships because they think that is what they deserve or for...really whatever the reason.
It is sadly not uncommon at all for other people to not be a good fit for you....just remember that just because its a toxic relationship to you, doesnt mean the other person measn to be cruel. the glove just doesnt fit, and its ok for the two of you to not work
You need to stand up for yourself and do what's right for you.
If every time you feel bad for her, you're just letting her take advantage of you. Don't do this to yourself. Say no the next time when you break up and she tries convincing you then move on.
If it's genuine and she really loves you, then try and sort out any problems.
But as you've said it's toxic so the best solution is to break up with her and don't give in. You need a life too, once she's out of the picture; I'm sure you'll live a better life!
You need to figure out why you find it so difficult to stay away from the woman.
Both you and she must be getting something you value out of being involved, although it sounds like that something is very negative.
Maybe one or both of you have low self-esteem and being in a crappy relationship validates that? Maybe you're both just too damn lazy to go find someone who can be a more positive force in your lives? Maybe one or both of you is too emotionally immature to know what the hell you want from a relationship and incapable of dealing with all the normal stresses, conflicts and compromises? Maybe she just loves drama, and she knows all the right buttons to push to draw you into yet another episode of the soap-opera that is her life?
If this relationship has failed three times, then it's safe to assume it's never going to work. Accept that, learn what you can from the experience, do whatever you need to convince yourself that you'd be wasting your time if you got back together, and move forward.
If it's truly toxic, you need to distract yourself with something else so that you don't feel compelled to go back.
You don't need a relationship to be happy and if she makes you feel guilty, don't give in. Say a few kind words and then walk away.
You're the one entangling yourself. You're clearly not trapped. As you say, "[you've] broken up with this gf 3 times already." You're the one who keeps coming back. Either tell her "no," or don't complain about your own stupid decisions.
Stuff like that Never lasts. But you should appreciate a girlfriend while shes there. Take it from us loners
Tell me about it I've been with this girl / 3 years we've broken up like 10 times she's cheated at least 10 times on me and I go get her away far away every time I've never cheated on her once I love her and I don't know how to say enough's enough but decided that I'm going to stay with their pretty much let her do what she wants
You know what you need to do I guess lol. Develop a strong will.
Or I suppose an alternative would be hop on tinder and cheat a bunch to make her leave hahahaha
