It just looks so stupid!! It reminds me of old people because thats what they mostly wear..it just angers me so freakin much..it makes me want to scream and snatch their hat off their head!!! the way it slopes at a angle and has no brim..like why not????!!! Its just so dumb!! It makes no sense.So is it normal?:/
Aww, I really like them. Matter of opinion, though, so yeah, normal to dislike them, I'm guessing. Getting so angry over a piece of fabric isn't quite as normal, though.:S

We all have pet peeves. And many hats are particularly obnoxious. It's a volatile combination.

Some people on this site need to chill. Why the hell are people angry over this type of stuff. Hats, clothes does it really drive you that insane to see a style you hate. Dear god people.
I adore them! On children, women, even on green berets. I can't really explain why but I find them very flattering! I've heard French people say that only seniors wear them but not being French, I have never seen this. You probably love something I hate as well, though!

It's funny. Before there were special forces and Navy Seals, the Green Berets were the elite US military force.
They looked so fruity walking around in their green berets, it was hard to imagine them as anything more than powder puff soldiers, certainly not tough, get the job done, killers.
So yes, I completely agree; berets are not very becoming or masculine.
