Inn that i think i have too much testosterone?

I'm female (as far as I can tell), late teenage years. I have a lot of body hair, to the point that people often told me that I look like a man when I wear shorts. I have thick pubic hair and a this line of hair from the crotch to the belly button that guys tend to have.
My face is very hairy and I have a lot of pimples, much more than any boy or girl in my class.
My voice is quite deep and it sometimes cracks.
I have broad shoulders and a flat ass.
I also think there are some weird things going down with my crotch.
My stomach constantly hurts, no matter the time of the month. Sometimes it's where the uterus is, sometimes it's the ovaries, sometimes it's around this area where guys have balls before they come down (like you know, between the legs and the crotch). I'm pretty much in constant pain.
I think about sex all the time, like I can spend an hour masturbating and I can feel my clit going DOINK at random moments at school.

  • Speaking as an intersex person I have to tell you to take the stomach pain seriously. My hormones, chromosomes, bone structure, fat cell shape, and DNA all line up male, I never grew breast tissue and rose to a height well over 6 foot, but I was born with a very pretty cunt.

Now, my internal organs didn't line up flawlessly female, I had no ovaries and my uterus was never developed, this led to complications once I went through a male puberty and I had to have the uterus removed and my cervix closed off.

I was young then, and I assume you're hitting puberty, or a second puberty, now? The pain could be sexual organ complications. Now I am NOT A DOCTOR, and the only way you can be diagnosed is through a certified doctor.

If you are indeed intersex you can take surgical/chemical routes to straighten out to your desired or dominant sex, or just roll with hanging out in the grey area as long as you're healthy and happy there.

I knew someone with PCOS and they just had to take birth control and it evened her out, PCOS is known to be a thing people grow out of.

For the cosmetics, look into laser hair removal, birth control can control hormones and lessen male patterned hair growth, you can try Nair, waxed feels/looks better than shaven, yadda yadda. Gotta experiment, figure yourself out, roll with it and keep your chin up.

I'd talk to a doctor if you're really concerned, but it sounds normal... Can any adult women confirm? I'm a dude I wouldn't know

I've known girls with noticeable hair on their forearms and even a bit of stache, often horny and pretty terse and cut-to-the-chase, those were all high-t. But none of them experienced pain to my knowledge.

You're probably high-T yeah. Doesn't explain the pain though.

    • According to the internet, high t + pain might be either PCOS, some form of reproductive cancer or some form of being intersex (like having a set of undescended testicles/at least a bit of tissue)

I'm kinda scared. I've been telling my parents something is wrong for a few months, but they're like "You are a beautiful girl and nothing is wrong". It's bullshit I look like a lumberjack mixed with a typical neckbeard + boobs and I'm in constant pain :(

Fuck the internet diagnosis, and fuck your parents. Demand to see a doctor and if they won't take you, make the appointment yourself. Go to planned parenthood or a clinic if necessary.

Yeah see a doctor and get yourself examined to get the disease possibility out of the way. Good luck.
