Inn that my cat is 'addicted' to cat treats?

I give my cat milk flavored treats. When I run out and he doesn't get them in the morning and at night, he will become lethargic and won't do ANYTHING until I get him some treats. He's pretty active otherwise, he's 5 1/2 years old and and American shorthair if that helps. Thanks for reading/voting. :)

    "Cat treats" is street for cocaine.

    I've always been suspicious of what's in those treats. Cat food isn't regulated like human food is and there's no FDA for cats, so there could be anything in there. Crack for cats! Cat-meth? Eeek!
