It could be either depending on how a person ages and how well they take care of themselves. I've seen people in their 30's who looked like they were in their 20's and I've seen people in their 30's who looked way older.

It’s an age unto itself. Neither 25 nor 45 apply. Enjoy it for what is is.

I'm 35 and it has nothing to do with 25. Now I know what I do not want and I am very more patient with people. I think a lot more before I talk and I get bored at parties and prefer to stay home and read a book. I have a more meaningful social life, which basically means that my free time is dedicated to social work while at 25 I was more into going out, having bf and spending time having fun with friends.

But both are great in different ways.

And I tend to believe that 45 is even better when I look at my sisters.
