let's say you are 33 years old, there is a dream you wanted to pursue. would you be considered too old?.
I'm not asking about, it doesn't matter what age you are, you can still pursue your dream.
I'm asking if you would be considered a late bloomer in pursuing dreams
In regards to success... men and woman don't reach their peak potential until in their 50's - 70's.

I personally think a person's prime depends on the person. There's no specific age everyone universally reaches that is "past their prime". Everyone experiences things at different points in their lives. Colonel Sanders, for example, was I believe in his 60's when he finally had success with KFC, and if I recall correctly, had several prior failures before that.
You can definitely pursue many dreams in your 30's. Your 30's isn't old at all.
As far as your art dream goes, that's definitely possible to pursue, though whether or not it becomes your sole means of making a living is another story. I don't think that has as much to do with the age you start at as it does with the fact that there is a bigger supply of people wanting that kind of career than there is a demand for it. Same for acting, being a professional musician, etc. However, this doesn't mean that you can't do it on the side and still make money off of it. You may actually even enjoy this more, as the stress of making your passion into a career and having to worry about making enough money can burn you out.

Depends on the goals and the adventure. If its to play sports at a high level its way too late. If its getting a trade its too late but should still do it before you turn 40. By 30 you should have alot of your shit togethet.
