Is being a packrat normal?

My house is a a cluttered pigsty though I must say it's got no trash laying around except in bags waiting to be taken out.I am a packrat! :O I don't even know where to BEGIN to clean out the CLUTTER!

    Get a trash bag or boxes and throw out what matters least to you

    start at the front room. chuck everything you definatly dont want in the hall include things you have not looked at/used in the last 6 months. sort it in the hall. one pile charity another trash and do this with every room. oprah had a few shows on this subject look them up , good luck
