Is "demisexual" normal?

For me, I believe they are normal, because I feel like it is merely a step back from being Asexual. But what do you think? Is it normal to be like that, or do you think they don't exist?

    I don’t see why demisexuality would not exist. Many people have told me that their sexual attraction to a person intensifies once they have formed a deep connection with them so it’s not much of a stretch to think that for some people the sexual attraction is non-existent until such a connection is formed.

    demisexual is normal and i consider it a sexuality, but i don’t consider it lgbtq+ because identities and sexualities in the lgbtq+ community are considered abnormal, and the idea of demisexuality, only feeling sexuality attracted to people you’re close to, is definitely normal by society’s standards

    Yes its normal to not be attracted to someone until you've formed a deeper bond.
