Is dreaming about deceased relatives normal?

She visited me too. She must have been making her rounds like Santa Claus.

My mother dreams with her aunt almost everyday

I once had a dream where I was walking up a staircase, and ran into my late, paternal grandmother, I looked her in the face, and said, "you're dead". I don't remember much else. Also many, many years before she died I had a dream where I saw her dead on a slab in what appeared to be a garden, and the expression on her face seemed rather gruesome.

That's so beautiful. I only wish it were more normal.
