Is he angry coz i couldn't send him a pic

I have a penpal who we started talking on September.We talked only for one day coz he asked for my selfie and I explained to him that my phone has a problem and it can't send pics and he didn't reply since then. It was until two weeks ago that he texted me. We talked about different things and he brought up the issue of sending him a selfie again.I told him that I couldn't coz the problem had not been fixed yet and I kinda convinced him that I will send him a picture of me when my phone is fixed. He asked if we could become close and intimate friends and I agreed. We talked and two days ago,he was somehow forcing me to send him a photo of me and I sincerely told him that my phone has a problem and I'm sure he thinks I'm lying to him coz he doesn't hold conversations like before.
I kind of don't care if he texts me or not coz he has no trust.

And he has no right of getting angry coz last week,he told me a different age than the one he told me on September and he had told me he had been to my country but on asking which country he has visited,he said his neighbouring country and said nothing about my country.
