Its not a sick fetish or anything ,but when ever im in the ladies room I HAVE to look in the cracks while the bathroom goers do their business and when ever I dont I feel incomplete almost empty I guess...
I'm kinda afraid some day I'll get into an altercation because of this.
My brother had a guy slide his head under the stall once. He didn't notice it at first, then suddenly did, and freaked the fuck out.
Someone fid that to me I would kick their head to knock em out and finish my business in their mouth XD
I would of took a piss in the guys face, well after i stomped his forehead in and took a big dump in his mouth. That will teach the ass hole to stick his head under the stall door. Hell he was probably ether smelling the pissie floor or licking it. Yuppers
Peeping is fine. Peeking deserves pecking in the eyes, temples and/or throat area.
Fine if you walk into the ladies room and do it. We deserve it because women look good naked.

Looking between the stall door and the stall partition through a little crack was how I got through my first year of middle school. We only had a four-minute passing period and I had to get my butt onto a stool within the first two minutes of each passing period if I was going to do my daily pee or poo. There were like 20 stalls in a row in each restroom and I would prefer to see girls pulling off toilet paper and wiping. Movements such as them standing up and pulling up their jeans were encouraging to me because I was easily within 30 seconds or less of getting my butt onto the seat. Sometimes I would see a girl go into a stall and very gingerly place toilet paper sheets over the seat and sometimes it would take her a minute or two to do that before she ever sat down. NO WAY WOULD I WAIT FOR HER! The best situations were when I saw shoes turn around a heard a quick flush. Some of my friends were less eager to get onto the toilet right away and their tardies added up to a point where they had to come in for four hours on a Saturday morning. Although I might have somewhat violated the privacy of some of my classmates, I got to sleep in on Saturday mornings!
I think the only public bathrooms without stalls with cracks are the public bathrooms in Japan. THE DOORS EVEN REACH DOWN TO THE FLOOR SO YOU CAN'T SEE THEIR FEET! xD It's like a closet.
And there's even a button you can press that makes this ugly loud noise to cover up your private sounds. I wish the US had that button too, but on the other hand...
I have a major piss fetish so I'd be tempted to do that. I don't creep into the ladies room though.
If you were peeking at me I would find you and probably shove shitty toilet paper up your nostrils.

I know your female from what you wrote, But some guys do this to other guys i've seen them try to do it to me so i turned so they couldn't see my member dangling out.

Well it's normal hell when I'm in the bathroom I look it's just like an involuntary thing but I dont feel empty if I don't so idk maybe it's an OCD thing I would need some more info to say if you have some kind of a problem.
Well its one of those things where if you don't brush your teeth right you feel unclean because you can still feel the plaque...well when I dont do it and I try and leave it just doesn't feel right and I can get a little antsy.
Well do you just walk by and peek or do you take a couple seconds to look? I have a similar problem when someone is doing something with a door shut I feel like I just gotta look and if I don't I get antsy too it's part curiosity and partly like what're they hiding even though I know it's nothing. I try not too but like I said it's not normal but it's not bad I'll look through your other posts too try and give ya some advice or my opinion if you'd like.
