Is is normal to sort of hear people talking while falling asleep?
When I’m on the verge of sleep I’ll very very often hear people within my head talking, like, not as if it’s external or somewhere in my room, but also not like my own internal monologue. It’s like a mix. It vibrates from inside my head, like, when you speak out loud, and your head vibrates, that’s what it feels like but I know it’s not me talking out loud. If I’m scrolling memes before bed I’ll hear people read them out loud, in different voices and intonations. I don’t expect them or know what they’re gonna say, I’ve talked to them, heard them argue, sing, a lot of stuff because it happens like every time I go to bed. And again, when talking to them or hearing them, I don’t know when they’ll speak or what they’ll say, it’s not me. But I know it’s not real and it doesn’t sound like it’s coming from somewhere in the room.
Normal?
